Welcome to another Heaven Burns Thread, where we see the the future and finally take the next step!Big news, Chapter 6 will be the final main story chapter involving Jun Maeda. This essentially means the main story will be over after this. However, we do not know how many parts Chapter 6 will have. And WFS made clear they would support the game beyond the story's end.The 4.5th anniversary was amazing and gave us the long coveted IchiAo unison style. Finally a new yuri unison! This goes along with the anniversary event, It's a Wonderful Party, one of the highest rated events in a while and one that opens up a whole mountain of new questions and story possibilities. Just what is the Paradise Project?Squad 19A (Tezuka's old squad) has been announced as a proper new gacha unit and the first of them has already had a banner. They use Void element and seem to be relevant for Chapter 6.The global server just finished the very gay Minori event and will be getting the Truth Squad special event soon. 5.3 has also been announced to still release this year. They are nearly caught up now!For some reason they released Sharo and Yanagi ASMR which follow in the footsteps of Isuzu and Risa's in being yuri friendly and more like voice dramas. Sharo's is basically just 30 minutes of her gushing about and moaning Ruka's name.Nanamin's VA replaced Tsukasa's VA as a regular on HBR streams. The HBR 4koma has hit its final page unfortunately, but it went out with a very tantalizing 10 year flash forward which gave us lots of RukaYukki art!

The greatest gay breakdown in all of HBR has finally hit the global server. Would any of us have believed that the incest would be this explicit when this game started? Ichiko is an absolute menace.I just wish she had called herself their wives instead of husband. This certainly makes up for the crappy wedding style at least.

Maeda hasnt written a 31B event since at least Byakko's. I dont think he even did the 4.5th anni Ichigo event? So even if it was a Higumin event there is no guarantee it will involve Maeda.

Yeah, sorry to spoil it before the stream, but the styles are already up on HBR quest, so you would find out one way or another.It's Fubuki and Risa-mama. I don't think they will do another Risa event, so we are getting a Fubuki event. Not too sure on whether this will be a story tie-in anymore. However Maeda did say he wanted to write the Fubuki event, so maybe he will.

Fubuki's SS3. Looks absolutley AMAZING. I would roll for this just because of the art alone desu.It's a fire debuffer style. Has Fubuki's gimmick of her sacrificing her own DP.This is a very solid style, but I think there are better fire debuffers right now.

Risa's SS4... well it is kind of hard to gauge, because it's ult has a unique attribute. Infantalisation? She is a healer mixed with a lightning debuffer of all things.I dont know if going all in on the kindergarten teacher is really a great idea for a style. It makes sense for her character, but it really lacks imagination. When will they give her an actual volleyball style?

Alright, I have finally taken the time to play Misarin's Snap Event.It was pretty fun. Way gayer than I expected too. 31D really is the poly squad at this point. I mean, they even included Aina as one of the love interests? Truly galaxy brained.The basic idea of Misato having to go on multiple dates at once reminds me of old VNs/anime gag episodes. I laughed a lot actually. The ending was predictably saccharine, but they did literally frame it as if she was cheating on all the girls.I've also noticed the orca reference to Aina's event, so this takes place after that. Same as Fubuki's event... I guess they treat Aina's event as the latest status quo of 31D.

I've always struggled to make a good dark party. I've recently been really lucky on a bunch of generally good Dark styles, but I just can't find any good synergy. Like yeah... unison Wakki is good, but she doesn't jive with this team when I actually play. She clearly wants Unison Bungo in the same team. I love using Isuzu for her free infinite ult and I somehow got so many dupes for her that I max LB'd her, but her being a token character completely goes against this team's synergy. Having Phantom Ruka and swimsuit Aoi on the team might be overkill for debuffs actually?I don't know. Can this team be salvaged or do I need to reshuffle?

Psycho nurse Mari? I guess it suits Halloween, but I hate the cleavage window. They just keep trying to sexualize Mari for no reason. Though somehow her succubus outfit was the most modest??A light debuffer with a wholly new insane debuff skill. This is actually insanely stupidly broken. The only downside is that it only work on enemies weak to light.... So you need white suit Ichiko to use this Mari on other elemental fights.

FrankenIroha. Honestly, sick design and suits her character super well. She has a wild nearly horrific artstyle that makes her draw things that dont fit together, so it all makes sense. And the crazy eyes in the ult animation are great.Very generic healer/buffer. Basically Risa's SS2 revival, but with dark field instead of motivation up. Too bad field are not as effective as they used to be. But still, this is a very big field. Hit count up buffs are generally good, so nothing to complain about.

Alright, so the new Karen style is Karerin. I think they are going to stick with never releasing a Karen-chan style again after the unison. That is actually pretty brave.A dark unit that can buff, pretty standard stuff... until you see that unique skill. She can return damage stored? Up to 2 BILLION damage??? And it ignores e-shields. They really want Karerin to be the e-shield killer.I dunno if this gimmick will actually work that well, but potentially super broken.

What I love most about this Snap Event is how obvious it is that the writer really understood the appeal of A-mari as a pairing. Every date spot, every interaction and even the conclusion really show off their characters, while also incorporating all the romance story tropes without feeling like they are just tacked on. It works especially in contrast with Swimsuit 3, where you could feel how much the writer was stonewalled to not progress their relationship.My personal route was Romance Movie -> Crepe while taking a walk -> ClocktowerI think this route is probably the best combination. It really gets all the spicy gayness, the one-of-a-kind reactions and the personal touch in one go. Adel brings out the best in Mari, like nobody else can. That's what makes this couple so good. And in return Mari really indulges A-san without ever letting it get to her head.This is a 10/10 event. This is what all the yuri pairings in this game honestly deserve.
