The first one is scary and strange. Dourif's voice and the effects are great and perfectly complement each other. The amazing angry doll facial animatronics and Dourif spitting misogynistic curses is still looks and sounds nasty almost 40 years later.

first one actually had some very solid horror/creepy elements to it.i think chucky would be remembered as a lot scarier had there been no sequels.2 is up there with 1 just a little goofier and 3 was pretty alright kinda OUT THERE but yeah.the rest of that shit can fuck right off.
