I am looking for smaller towns to simply relax in and get away from the noise and chaos of suburban and city life .
Europe or Asia would be ideal
Ideally there's not much traffic noise, barking dogs, airplanes, mass tourism
I am totally okay with there being nothing to do other than go on walks, enjoy nature and a restaurant or 2
The last small town i enjoyed was Rakhiv. I found a cozy hotel and mostly listening to music in my room and dined in the restaurant downstairs and went on walks around town.
Cheaper is more ideal too

Literally everywhere. The entire map is covered with non-urban settlements. Yes, even in India. But lack of tourism means guest lodging is often unavailable.
