that is a lot of time to do Osaka and Kyoto. It is great there and there is loads to do (you missed Kurumadera and the Inari shrine in the evening btw), but you might want to spend some time in Fukuoka and Kyushu. Beppu is great, Nagasaki is vibes, and Fukuoka for a night out stuffing yourself full of Hakata Ramen and bar hopping to Izakayas is way more chill and less expensive then in Tokyo. Might make for an easier and quicker hop down to Okinawa from there as well with the airport in Fukuoka.
