Expensive, short rides but some are fun. Better as a kid for sure. Unless you specifically want a specific theme area probably better to go to a dedicated theme park with real roller coasters and shit.

Currently theme parks have an excess of demand relative to supply.In the long run they'll build more and capacity will expand. And supply and demand will return to equilibrium. At the moment a lot of them are quite crowded.But I went to Universal Studios Hollywood for two days at a time when it was not busy and the lines were short and occasionally non-existent.It's an interesting artform, really

My wife and I do Disney and Universal every 2 years. We went to Epic last month and it's really incredible what they've done. As long as I can have a beer while waiting on line I am ok

USJ as been a fun visit whenever I go to Osaka, but the loss of Spider-Man really tanked my enjoyment, it was always a fast wait in the singles line and a nice time waster in between other rides. Plus the entire area surrounding it feels barren as fuck now.
