Things to do in Ho Chi Minh? Already did most of the tourist stuff but doing the chi chi tunnels tomorrow. Any other ideas? Any advice for how to connect better with locals? Seems like the language barrier is pretty strong in Vietnam.

depends on how long you're staying. you didn't do anything for the full moon festival thing?if you have an IDP and you're not american, i'd recommend motorbike trip to a northern city (cat tien, dalat, mui ne beach, maybe nha trang).random stuff can happen along the way. can be fun lol

2 weeks ago I had 4 days in Saigon, wanna know what I did? I did the tunnels on 1 day then sat on the toilet for the remaining days watching netflix because the food fucked me up so bad. My stomach was already fucked and I was taking a walk and saw 3 separate human poo's on the ground (different locations) and then I saw some viet washing some food in the street gutter (I am assuming for one of the one million street vendor spots)

Whats an absolute must do in vietnam? I'm already doing a cruise in ha long bay, sa pa, some stuff on the south like the war tunnels but need more tips
