I'm 42yo now. I'm not gonna work for a couple of years. Many people my age doing it? I like the idea of working in animal shelters.

Yeah 42 is okay but you have to realize not everyone host wants an older man. Some hosts want a young woman, but some do want an older man. So you will have to message some hosts and see if you will be a good fit etc
