Photo is of EmuEmi, the crazy (tho admittedly hot) bitch who accused Saberspark of raping her at pony conventions in 2012. At the time, she hosted the Pegasisters Live podcast ( https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLgG8VH6Mom1qhLl2hlePSdw-gnxkEQq_z ) while Saberspark hosted the Brony Breakdown podcast ( https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLgG8VH6Mom1or4T1xBLU_Ih3-BpFdHwCA ). Evidence Saberspark provided of their texts pretty clearly show he did not rape her and that she clearly lied (or at the very least remembers the events so badly she is completely delusional. She originally made the accusations anonymously via a ILoveKimPossibleAlot video, which was widely panned.
Twitter schizo Brony Fandont was also heavily involved in going after both Saberspark and BlackGryph0n. He made a terrible 300 page doc against BlackGryph0n that showed he was weird but provided no evidence of actual crimes from him. He insists he groomed his wife (even though its admittedly weird that he knew her when he was an adult and she was like 14, there's no evidence of grooming, and she says she came onto him once they were both adults), and sent dick pics to minors (2 people have made questionable accusations with no evidence and plenty of reasons to believe they are deluded or lying).

This reminds me of the baseless accusation that Joshscorcher groomed Ink Rose. There was a shipping of their OCs they promoted while Josh was like 22 and Ink Rose was like 16 (which was admittedly weird and not the best thing to joke about) but there is no evidence that Josh was trying to groom her and both Josh and Ink Rose have denied that ever happened. The ship started in 2014, when Ink Rose was 16 and Joshscorcher was 22. All that clearly happened was the creation of the ship between Josh and Ink Rose's pony ocs for a video (without people thinking of the implications). And then fans being fans and creating the shipping. Any furthur allegations on the matter is pure conjecture and speculation.
