For me it is the civilization having a warrior culture where men and women engage in being warriors and women with short hair like the archetypal anime tomboy look. My fetish is futanari which is basically impossible to seamlessly integrate into a setting without it being incredibly obvious that "oh, the writer here likes ladies with dicks." Like it's one thing if someone is into slavery and they can write that into the setting under the guise that oh this setting is just really dark and enslavement is a realistic thing that happens in war, or if someone is into vore or some shit and the setting takes place inside a dragon's belly, I mean there was an entire Mario RPG based on that. But there's no reason to write about chicks with dicks unless that's something you just want in there for sexual gratification. Maybe you could write about a species of monster/alien that only have 1 sex that accomplishes the work of male and female reproductive roles, and the excuse could be it's just an interesting way to think about different kinds of anatomy make-believe species could have. I also had an idea you could have a setting in a post-apocalypse/nuclear fallout zone with a community of people that have all been heavily mutated by radiation in some way, with one of them being a girl that doesn't seem to have any obvious mutations on the outside, but the PCs are still made aware she is also mutated. Maybe the best way to write futa into a setting is just going the Templar Assassin route and just have a female character whose entire character revolves around having a 'secret' and every line of dialogue is about 'keeping the secret' and just let people make the hasty assumption the secret is she has a big dick.

Also yes.That being said, explicit descriptions of unshod women being forced to work the fields or mine in the quarries in chains, let alone being flogged or whatever-have-you or a certain character's feet/barefootedness would make it extremely obvious what my angle is so I'd never do that. The mere implication is fine enough for me, at least when other people are involved. If I were writing/creating a novelization or video game or comic or whatever set in my setting you bet this shit would creep in a lot more blatantly because there's no people staring directly at me, judging me while I do it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who does this. It adds so much flavor and intrigue to games. It can really help jump start inspiration for things. Instead of wondering what you could do for next session, you can consider what you find appealing, and just contextualize it in the setting. I find the less effort you put into it the easier it is to slip them in, it's not really about hiding, beyond it hiding in plain sight. Players can never connect the dots as long as you're not outright a pervert.
