Reading through this thread it's pretty clear that most of the people are just confused because they are so bad at describing things. They will try to describe something they don't want and use vague terms like "storyshit". It reminds me of how the masses in 1984 speak. They can't ever say why they like something, they can only call it "doubleplusgood" which means 'very, very good'. Except it's not an evil government making them speak like this. They are choosing to talk like this.Why even have a conversation with someone who can't even speak about their chosen subject?

Not really. You only need a vague idea of what's in each location. As players express interest or physically approach any particular location, you can imagine whatever might be there. And of course "physically approach" can mean many things. If the players acquire a way to teleport long distances or reach other planes of existence, then their sphere of influence is proportionally larger, which may be taken into account.
