1e was safe edgy trying to bring back that TSR style of world in their terms. However, 2e went full woke and gay. Which is the reason most people don't care for it. Hell, the only thing I like about 2e was the new remastered Magus class.

When PF1 was made it was during peak edgy grimdark. However, the group running the company is now all about freaks and fags. So everything is wrap in pride shit and pushing as much leftist politics as they think they can stuff in. Plus pf2 kind was a dumper fire since they no longer catering to the 3.5 crowd with 2e. Which is funny if they weren't as woke as WOTC they could repeat what happen the first time. However they also shat the bed right next to D&D and had to remake 2e to 2.2e.
