The 10th ed core rules are breddy gud, it is the codices that fucked it all up by giving every motherfucker a special rule and ways to just ignore core rules. No, your havocs shouldn't have a special rule, the special thing about them is they carry a shitload of guns!Sticky objectives has its place though, just not on quite as many units that currently have it.
