I am sympathetic, anon. I don't like the idea of women getting hurt, eith-- Wait. Why did you specify "busty"?Suspicions aside, there are several ways around this. Make the female villain evil enough AND threatening enough that both players and GM can feel good about her destruction. Monster transformations and unholy fortitude can allow you to describe an arm getting lopped off, but she's still fighting, powered by rage or magic or whatever.
Or arrange the circumstances such that the violence is brief and, to some degree, sanitized. She gets shot, drops to the ground, she's dead. You avoid the out-of-character discomfort that a "realistic" death might cause. This works particularly well for less-important female antagonists. Also, there is always at least one female player in my games that will happily kill whatever evil bitch the boys are getting squeamish about (not that this happens often).
