Just copy/pasta the full URL of the ebook you're viewing and it will pull the entire thing for you. It doesn't compress it either and the quality is as good as the upload.It works well. It's a bit of a multi-stage process with some waiting but it works well and if you're using firefox with uBlock or equivalent you don't get any ads.

There is this awesome always free/open source course by Chelsea Cook on Sight Reading For Guitar. It has been updated a few times since original release. Kind of an on-going project but very complete and usable now.It's got the ebook, video and audio for free and is actually pretty good. I've been using it and I like it. This is the Scotty West - Absolutely Understanding Guitar Theory series. It's 32.5 hours long. It's incredibly in-depth and worth all the time you spend, just make it past the first 1.5 videos (1.5 hrs).
