YesI'm pretty sure he will be a starter most of the time. They won't let him play 90 minutes every game, I think ... simply because he probably cannot deal with the intensity as well anymore. But he will play for as long as possible
It seems Portugal's FA and staff are influenced by the Ronaldo camp to a degree. And yeah, I think this is going to cost them. They have a good team and don't need Ronaldo on the pitch anymore, not at all costs at least. He can contribute mentally and maybe in certain situations, but not as this larger-than-life superstar for every situation he's still seen as (most of all by himself, of course). I wonder what the Portuguese people think of this, because I really wouldn't put a title challenge out of reach for them if they can maintain harmony. But Ronaldo might harm thatThe most annoying part is that many fans and the media just can't let go of him and Messi and their golden era. Ronaldo will probably get to statpad at least one goal, probably against a subpar opponent, and then he will get another massive round of dickriding and some idiots will scream for his nomination in 2030. He's a goddamn legend, but he's outlived his own status
