Coffee has it for sure, as do a few other crop plants. Do any animals do this?

Plants can get away with it due to self-fertilization. It's much rarer in animals. African clawed frogs are tetraploid. Salmon and trout are "ancestrally tetraploid" but their evolution is pushing them back to diploidy. There's some other examples but the point remains It's much more common in plants just based on the mechanics of how their reproduction works.
