Where can I find something that lets me simulate drawing colored balls from a bag? Ideally something that lets me simulate tens of thousands of possible balls to draw from. Any that I find have very small limits. Colored cards would also work

Sounds like babby's first Python script.
Pretty much every compiler has a built in RNG function. Just set the upper bound (ie. Total number of balls) then set a few ranges corresponding to how many balls of each color there are. Iterate however many times you like.
