Moving billions of tons of matter between planets is not realistic. The technology to do something like that is thousands of years away.I think the most realistic method of terraforming would involve fusion reactors transforming the atmosphere. Of course this technology and the means to transport it to another planet do not exist, but it would be a lot closer than moving enough tons of matter between planets to get that outcome.Perhaps an even bigger obstacle to terraforming would be that none of these planets have a magnetic field. Even if you did reduce the temperature to a cool 72°F, anyone who lives there would be fried by radiation.
