So recently I got my first taste of existential dread/ eldritch horror. It was the theory of how universe might end and how it would result in nothing ever happening ever again, universe turning into a bowl of roaming particles that doesn't react to anything. Nothing will ever happen for all eternity and it kinda scares me knowing eventually it'll all end, existence will cease to be. It being billion even trillions of years away doesn't ease me since this possibility exists.

I don't know what the fuck I am. Atoms,electrons? They get replaced. All I know is the only way I came into existence was the exact circumestances that made me being born.So If I want to exist that needs to happen again aka the universe just has to loop forever. What came before the big bang? Who knows I guess something caused all the matter or energy in the universe to become one and then explode. I guess it will happen again, it will probably reach the same state before the big bang because thats the most stable or someshit and then it will explode again in the exact same way. maybe I live a few differrent lives in one loop maybe I don't. I just try to live the best life so if I do loop I can have a good infinite loop. Some how the unforgiving reality of this is if you have a shitty life like a slave or a peasent or maybe even some farm raised bird that lives for 2 weeks before turning into a chicken nugget seems to help me reinforce this idea. but who knows Maybe you just die and fast forward to the eternal bliss singularity

You can seek comfort in the fact that all knowledge and argumentation (and science) is inherently illogical due to the Meunchhausen Trillema. problem with these assumptions is we try to predict what will happen in many billions of years, but universe itself seems to be just 14 bil years old and unlike with old people around you, we have absolutely no reference model for such time scales.

Don't worry anon, gravity will still exist and will eventually pull all matter back into a singularity. A singularity which will then produce a big bang with the same properties which resulted in you, given the identical mass and constituent matter.
