when Musk makes these wild predictions and promises, he's not talking to us. We're not the target mark. Investors are the mark, and he is trying to gin up their excitement and get them to throw money at him.The side benefit is it builds his cult of personality amongst the slobbering Musk glazers, but there surely can't be many of them left.
