Does anybody else find it pretty dumb how biology gets a bad rap, gets looked down on, treated almost as an inferior science.
Because in reality biology is basically the most important science there is to you. You are a biological being. The information found in biology is in fact the information that is most relevant to you. It basically tells you everything practical you would want to know about your own existence.
People will say that biology is just applied chemistry which is just applied physics etc... but in reality these other sciences can only be known to you because biology allowed it in the first place. You worked from the outside in and now you think the outside is lesser even though it's what made you and continues to make you.
I think a lot of scientists just glorify esotericism and abstraction as opposed to the down to earth teachings of biology which in reality have more meaning.

Not biology as a philosophy, thats not science, biology doesn't explain human, only the anatomy part, we still have other science to explain things like thinking etc, your view of categories of knowledge is too limited

Not sure where you pulled this from, probably a crevasse deep within your asshole. Physics and chemistry predate biology in any reasonable model. Physics and Chemistry are the most important science with Maths being the core of those two disciplines but not really "science" All biology is chemistry=physics. So STFU you brain dead cunt.And guess what, Philosophy is the source of all knowledge including the above.
