it means we are not asking the right questions
pretend we are not in europe in the 19-20 century, we don't have orbital model of atom, we understand electrodynamic process through some other effect than radiation, we would likely propose a different experiment about electrons what confirm other properties, physics keeps working by asking “what can we measure and vary,” not by assuming the ontology must look like our intuitions.
