hey, /sci/entists... what about the people who lose their inner monologue after brain changes?
same intelligence, same behavior, totally different inner world

I asked my wife (when she was thinking) are her inner thoughts in the form of an inner monologue/voice. she became quite agitated and said she did not understand what I was talking about and could not tell me how she thought.she had been hit by a car when she was 4 but is otherwise normal.
