>Evolution by natural selection
Natural selection is an artifact of the 19th century that plays with retroactive storytelling to come to absurd and unempirical conclusions.
Motoo Kimura's strong neutral theory is the most empirically and logically sound theory of evolution, positing that evolution is the result of stochastic sampling. This actually encodes the chaotic rules of the real world that govern an organism's worldline, instead of trying to force babby's simplest abstraction over an observably unpredictable and non-deterministic model. The fact that teleological crap like natural selection is still so widely touted by biologists is an example of why the field is a bad joke. I have more respect for a theoretical physicist positing that black holes are sleeping gods than I do for a biologist who still believes in crypto-creationist crap.
