ai should only be used for really stupid menial shit and shit you may need it for like "what's the word for when you are blah blah blah?" That question is a proper AI question. Or using it to stumble upon something you haven't heard of at all. It's actually pretty good at that. Like if you need to fix something some way, it might suggest you fix it some other way you didn't know about at all. But when you need specific answers it still has trouble mixing up info. Tbh though it's not much better with humans. You'll be asking about hard drives or something and people will keep talking about solid states

There is good data that the best ways of learning are active recall (like flashcards or Anki) and solving problems yourself. With AI that is often gone. It's a much bigger difference, that e.g. the difference between a reading book and a pdf.
