why does orthostatic hypotension feel so good while regular light headedness feels so life threatening?
both lead to the same result of low oxygen in the brain but with hypotension it just feels like you're kinda walking out on reality, while with lightheadedness it feels like every nerve in your body is screaming at you to live

It feels like an extremely uncomfortable version of nitrous oxide.I think your brain is just wired incorrectly. Consequently, you may just have a latent choking fetish.

both of them feel unpleasant, feeling like you're gonna pass out feels unpleasantactually passing out and hitting your face and waking up feels like the prickly sensation of a numb arm but in your brain, idk how you could like that
