War Games is shoot the worst match type. No stakes or tension for 90% of the match which leads to it being a glacial boring plod that puts viewers to sleep.

WarGames could be kino but it was best back in the day as an all out bloody brawl. WWE can't do that today so we get just more of the same cage dives and PG hardcore weapon spots. You can also do a lot more with the traditional 5 v 5 with upset pins, domination, rewards for pins and victory that you just can't in WarGames because its one fall only.

They should restrict Wargames like what theyve been doing for HIAC where it only happens when it calls for it, bring back to the 5v5 but put more stakes into it so theirs a kayfabe reason for the teams to cooperate like the winning team gets a to be in a conteder match and the sole survivor gets a title shot

It's a good opprotunity to injure the roster again.
War Games was never good. The bell rings a half hour into the match, when everyone is winded.
The rest of the event has two stupid rings.

With how fucky the WWE title picture is getting they should make War Games this year an 8-Man Elimination War Games Match. Keep the gay 2 ring cage but just have it be for the world title. Like a War Games Elimination Chamber with 8 people.
