It was more fun when it was booked by committee of Kenny, Bucks, Cody and Tone, even though you got random disastrous moments. Once Tone took over and booked the entire thing himself after coof it became WWE lite, no disasters but the high points were less joyful and more formulaic.

They have an actual emotional connection to their fanbase because they need to, and because they are naturally thankful when the fans are with them.
