I think every match will deliver, and it's solid on paper. Unfortunately the build hasn't been very good. Every single year this is always the weakpoint in AEW's booking and shows generally. WD reminds me of WWE Battleground or whatever. That B tier PPV nobody really liked and was never all that good.I know it won't happen, but I really don't see why you can't just give Joe the belt here. Look at the ticket sales, and ratings. What do you have to lose exactly? Panic booking is never good, sure, but at least Joe can carry a program. It's way easier for Tony to book faces chasing heels.
