They are exclusively a power delivery company who buys from a primary power generation company. They are essentially a middleman who has tax payer funded monopoly over the area. They deserve this and the people affected deserve this for not lynching the city council when they created this system in the first place.

Denying permits for made up reasons. Doing "planned" brown outs for safety. Now it looks like they are just straight up cutting the power off.
