Sepia photos always make me think of a big city in the 40s and 50s for some reason. I never seen any modern photos with the look though, it seems like normies just hate it for some reason.

I thought sepia is retarded but now I see what the point was. Even it being monochrome it looks more colored and pleasing to the eye than BW.

I prefer normal selenium toning since it's more subdued and neutral but night time city shots always look great in sepia.

I've never been able to perceive the sepia tone look as anything other than a corny novelty color mode that comes stock on a Motorola Razr. None of us lived through the american old west, why do we keep this weirdly specific pastiche alive in digital cameras?
