Just got this little guy for trail maintenance.
I like it so far. It's not as fast as my crosscut saw since it only cuts on the pull stroke but it folds up and ties to my pack so that's a big plus; easy to carry on a bike.
The katana boy 1000 looks awesome but with a $1000+ price tag, a 4 foot closed length and 5 pound weight it would be as cumbersome as my cross cut saw and wouldn't cut much larger logs and it's a rare occasion where I need to cut anything over 18" anyway.
