And if I got a job, there would be no way to disappear for a few months. Therefore I need to make things as cheap as possible and probably find some short term jobs around the continent.
How can I do it? I wanna see all those mountains, nature, cities and castles.

Heard from several sources (non-Europeans) that you will need at least twice that in order to live on existentialist minimum. Visa will be a pain in the ass and cause logistical issues that will ramp up the costs.

Interrail in the summer and work oddjobs whereever you go (picking fruit, bartending at festivals, etc). Festival organisers often have platforms where you can sign up to work for cash for a couple days.
