Ran into alpine area, went innawoods, sub zero, snowstorm in work boots, recovered stash, evaded 400 police/army search, thermals, choppers, dogs, the lot.
A month later hundreds of police are claiming he's dead; yet hundreds of them are all still out there looking for him.Apparently he lived half in the woods hunting deer and was a survival expert known locally as an expert bushman.
