Kek this monkey administration has been the biggest PR win for EVs. Which is ironic considering how the oil barons own Trump's ass and his anti-EV rhetoric.

EVs have already been running under "Drive less or be penalized". Drive less, don't drive up steep inclines, and don't drive some EVs in the winter or be penalized in the form of rapidly diminishing range.

People were driving less when everyone worked from home then they whined because no one was driving and spending money at stores and the poor shareholders got big mad. Do they want us to stay home or not?

>Gas users: Drive less or be penalized. Who said that? Even with gas prices today I still drive my 11-12mpg car over my 25-27mpg car purely because it's comfy and has a large V8.

since OP is a subhuman faggot whose family deserves every misfortune that could happen, here is the link: https://www.businessinsider.com/gas-prices-labor-day-iran-war-driving-chris-wright-energy-2026-9 >"As we pass Labor Day tomorrow, you'll start to see demand decline as we move out of summer driving season," Wright said on ABC's "This Week." >Wright also said the Trump administration's deal to secure 65 billion barrels of oil reserves from Venezuela will help. On Truth Social, President Donald Trump said in August the deal would "substantially" lower gas prices, though analysts said that could take a while given Venezuela's underdeveloped oil infrastructure. literally nowhere in the article does it say to drive less, it states that their will be less demand arter labor day and therefore cheaper prices. completly untested, but he did not tell anyone to drive less. OP is a faggot and in a just society would be hung

what if there were well understood concepts that every manufacturer could employ using mature technology that would allow vehicles to use less fuel?
