>accelerates into and stays in crossover's blindspot
>doesn't brake when crossover merges and ends up pit maneuvering them
so, who's legally liable here? i think the cam car accerlating to block the crossover makes them primarily culpable

Cam car is at least partially liable if not fully, you cannot willfully block someone from merging.
