It's kinda insane that it's cheaper to take up space with screens than to have nice actual leather and wood on the dash. I mean, this must be subsidized by the Chinese government, one of their top exports must be screens and I assume this is all made there. Cadillac never had nice interiors anyways.I am fine with a screen to look at a map both in front of the driver and in the center, but analog gauges are easier to read.

Literally all you need is a 12in screen to display GPS and let you access settings that don’t have dedicated hardware. Literally what does more screen add to a car? Who is turning down cars for not enough screen?

The thing I hate about screens is you have to turn off half the features. >screen pops up with “Your STD test has come back positive” >Grindr notifications >text notifications and your car reads out “Text from DOM DADDY…it says…Get that sweet bussy over here so I can fuck you until you cum like a faggot!” >”Text from the Group “Niggas” says…Bros I hate black people so much it’s unreal and women too” Driving with anyone in the car gives me anxiety now. It’s too much of a peak into my personal life, and everytime I figure out how to turn off something, something else comes up. It seems really invasive.
