and also there's just not much competition in the space of body on frame based SUVs that aren't HUGE
its a macho/manly thing they just look butch and that's why people buy thema LOT of manufacturers have said they are trying to produce small/midsize off road suvs in the next few years though - VW, Mercedes, Genesis, we will likely see more but they've been so slow playing catch up.

A basic model Rav4 doesn't come with heated seats or remote start, the literal essentials.

The second hand market in Colorado kind of sucks. Everything is super high milage because everything is so spaced out. If you work in Colorado Springs and work in Denver your going to put 1400 miles a week on your car just from that
