anons, i know nothing about engines, or cars for that matter, but i like “engineering” and racing games, so i decided to give Automation a chance
i have watched a few tutorials, and managed to produce several cars that work well in BeamNG ( clocked around 25 hours )
ultimately, im just mindlessly fiddling with sliders, to get rid of all warnings, while maintaining the highest possible power and speed
is it the right way to be good at Automation? or do i need to understand what each part does in real life, and how it affects the vehicle to produce a superior engine/car?

I've never liked any kunos games outside of the original AC. ACC and ACE feel almost as terrible as AMS2. For me, its anything based off of rF2 or iRenting with its new tire model. I think GTEs there are better than LMU now after the most recent update

Fun surprise from the 2026 S2 iR update with adding new bleachers and the back straight bridge and viewing mound.Would give iRacing B+ only due to still having the pit wall from 2011 and unfortunately is also already out of date as 2 additional stands were put up in the hairpin prior to the USAC races last weekend.LMU gets an A for its "historical" 2023 rendition only missing LED palm trees and also A- as a current version for not having a layout that doesn't utilize the standard front stretch pit and out of date sponsors/advertising.We will reevaluate upon Assetto EVO's rendition.

I only have one complaint when it comes to Forza Horizon.I fucking HATE that the expansions are their own seperate map instead of being on the map itself or being main map extensions.
