Anon, have you ever submitted a diminished value claim? A retard smashed into the back of my car and caused over $30,000 in damage. It was repaired and everything looks fine, but its market value is clearly reduced. I just submitted the request to State Farm today. I asked for $2,600 based on the 17c diminished value algorithm.

Depends on your state and the legal precedents already set by previous lawsuits.In Califucklia for example, it's hard to get DV. But in Georgia or some other states it's well established and inswhoreance cuntpanies will basically automatically pay out if you ask them.
