FBI Director Kash Patel struggled to explain why bestiality was dropped as a disqualification from serving in the law enforcement agency as he was grilled by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday.
Article continues below
An intense back-and-forth erupted between Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) and Patel, who floundered as he attempted to explain how and why the guidelines were altered during his tenure.
"What about the bestiality?" Kennedy asked Patel.
"Tell me what it said before," Kennedy implored.
"It automatically disqualified any individual who participated on either side of it," Patel explained. "Obviously, we are never going to hire the criminals who engaged in it."
That comment caught Kennedy off guard, prompting him to demand, "Which side of what, the bestiality?"
"Yes," Patel said simply.
"So, you disqualified the animal?" Kennedy clarified.
"Well, I don't think..." Patel floundered before stating, "We have great canines, but we're not going to disqualify them." That garnered a few chuckles from around the chamber.
"I understand. I'm trying to understand why you did this," Kennedy pressed on, unfazed. "Have you — and this is not directed at you, director — and I understand the game. People try to make you look bad. We do the same thing when the other party is in office, and all this stuff has really hurt the FBI. It's really hurt the FBI. So, I'm trying to get to the bottom of this. Why would you, in light of the context and what we're going through — and we're having a tough time attracting agents, good quality agents we can trust, because so many people, fairly or unfairly, think that, in order to be an FBI agent now, your political point of view matters — why would you even get into bestiality?"

"We are not into bestiality, but a lot of these individuals..." Patel started before Kennedy cut him off, saying, "I know you are not, but you changed the qualifications and mentioned bestiality.""I'm trying to explain it. Hang on." Patel said calmly. Kennedy then turned to an example, which he made up on the fly."If Joe participated in bestiality, not as the animal but as the human, don't you think he ought to be disqualified?" Kennedy asked."If he voluntarily did it, sure, but if he was trafficked into it, then..." Patel began, which prompted Kennedy to cut him off once more."But how do you involuntarily do it?" Kennedy demanded."In a lot of these cases, when human traffickers, who are some of the worst individuals on planet Earth, they don't traffic you for prostitution — they traffic you for degrading acts of all kind, and they force you into that type of conduct. Some of these individuals would go on to be law enforcement officers who qualified to be law enforcement officers and later applied to the FBI," Patel said.Kennedy took a minute to digest that explanation before he clarified, "These changes didn't start with you, did they?"Patel said they didn't, so Kennedy clarified that someone came and recommended them to him, and Patel confirmed that account. Kennedy then demanded to know why Patel didn't shoot down that person's recommendation the minute he saw bestiality mentioned."And when you saw bestiality — and I say this with respect to the person who recommended it — why didn't you say, 'What planet did you parachute in from? Why do I want to lead with my chin and get into bestiality?'" Kennedy demanded."Well, that was my initial thoughts," Patel said. "That was my initial response, senator, but they then explained to me and showed me cases in which people were forced into it and had applied to the FBI, and so I thought they should be considered. It's not an automatic disqualification. That's all."

It's a really tough contest between him and Hegseth, but I think Kash Patel is the dumbest person to ever serve in the history of american governments. He's so incredibly idiotic he makes even Trump sound just mildly retarded.

Malia Elizabeth Nummerdor, 38, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of sexual activity involving animals, a second-degree felony, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s OfficeSheriff:
"There are only a few times in my career that I have been at a loss for words. This is one of those times. I simply cannot comprehend this behavior. No animal should ever be subjected to this kind of conduct, and you can be sure that we will take action when we learn about it here in Charlotte County. And then to smile in the mugshot? I don’t know what there is to smile about when you’ve been arrested for something as disgusting as this.”
the dog was the family pet, according to the sheriff’s office. Investigators said the footage showed Nummerdor partially nude and the dog positioned in a manner they described as consistent with sexual activity.
Investigators contacted the person who made the allegations and obtained sworn statements and digital evidence from a home surveillance system, authorities said.
