Art scenes welcome weirdos and queers. Queers prefer living in urban environments. Cities focused on arts therefore produce many queer acts.

Athens is overrated and sucks. Ain't shit to do. It's a preppy rich white football school for girls who went to Walton and Lambert.
Austin is Atlanta for white people. Sad!
