Based on Gihrens Greed she was certainly a more than competent pilot. Frankly if she was with one of the GM Sniper II's in the Scarlet Team, there is a solid chance she might have been able to put down Misha before he was able to even reach the Armory with the Alex. The main reason she suffered so heavily against Bernie was due to a combination of going out in a mostly unarmed Alex and getting drawn into a close combat in a kill box that had been set up specifically for keeping her from being able to aim properly. In terms of raw combat ability, the game has her as more capable than Shiro from 8th MS Team. (Granted, the game also claims Shiro is abnormally charismatic and a natural leader. Something I severely doubt after getting laughed out of his own Military Tribunal for his goofy-ass speech)

Haman didn't even want to kill him. She uses her funnels like a fucking surgeon to dismember the Hyaku Shiki's arms and legs before he blows himself up because he would rather be dead than go back with her. It's honestly impressive that he stayed alive for as long as he did.
