I don't even understand why they put this up when they did. They had been done with Unicorn for a couple years and didn't really do anything more with it besides Narrative.

Good riddance, Unicorn does not deserve to be THE Gundam everyone sees when visiting Japan.
I've heard rumors that they were going to take the body panels off of the Yokohama Gundam and put them on a static frame somewhere else, did that go anywhere?

So what are they replacing it with? The moving Gundam also got recently disassembled, and there's already a Nu and Freedom. Most likely is going to be Wing Zero Custom, though I wouldn't put it past them to do Mighty Strike Freedom.
