I think it might be the singular anime movie in a post-series setting I'd say is actually good. I think there were one or two others that were acceptable but the general rule of thumb for all of anime and not just /m/ is they will be colossal dogshit and probably try to ruin some great characters as best they can
That said, at least a few of the UC OVAs are better. Gotta separate movies from OVAs so EW can reign supreme (and separate compilations from those obviously, which I assume was already done here because 0079)
