One is that he's a crap writer and you could edit Der Einzige down to 1/3 of its length and lose literally nothing. I don't know if this is just how young hegelians all wrote (he's the only one I read) or his personal idiosyncrasy or what. But that is more with his work in general than philosophy. As far as the ideas go, well, one flaw is that if you like it and actually plan to apply them, you will not be able to discuss it with anyone openly. Most normal people are moralist enough that openly saying "I am amoral, will act in my own interest and will not remain loyal to any creed I utter" will be met with disapproval even if it is honest. You can even say that it is rational of them to disapprove and distrust you - yes, sure, most people already are like this but if someone at least pretends to recognize moral authorities (aka "has a policeman in his head" as Stirner would write of Prussians) like religion there is a chance they will follow through on a difficult comitment for no benefit to them. But if someone openly says there are no policemen and no "haunting" - you can only trust them as far as you can threaten them into compliance, and for some people this is too much to bother, so they will cast you out. So I guess being a committed egoist is a little like being an undercover spy, except you are not serving any power, there are no handlers and there is no great reward at the end. Theists, political partisans, or even generic liberal moralists aka "r/atheist" enjoy a broad level of social respectability that it is not scandalous to admit you are one, but if you are Stirnerite that is not true for you.

Kierkegaard would accuse it of being a very elaborate justification of despair. Stirner is aware of his self, but he doesn't want to be it.
