When were they supposed to find time to work on the game? A Voyage to Arcturus

The Resident Evil novelizations, biographies of experts in niche fields (preferably Victorian era), at least 3 technical manuals and the entire bibliography of their favourite childhood author.

I don’t get it. Like before writing for the game? During writing? Like the dialogues, item descriptions, and BS like that?

If you read over 100 books in a year then you're not properly reading them

It's never not funny seeing this board larp that they read absurd amounts of books. Anyone who actually gives a shit about learning knows you spend a long time with a few high quality books (or whatever dogshit textbook has been assigned) and take the time to fully process and internalize the content. Reading books too fast is a sign you're a low intelligence ape that only cares about consumption.

>listen to 100 albums a year I'm a great musician now! >watch 100 movies a year I'm a great director now! You're far, far better off reading 5-10 great books and then reflecting on them over days, weeks, or even months. Unless your goal is to achieve mediocrity or maintain the status quo.

>He foxingly psychopaths forward and hands Hinako the saw. "Cut off your arm for me, baby," he orders, with a dark triad glint in his eye. Hinako obeys as if spellbound from that irresistible charm, but she stops after the first pull of the rusty teeth against her shoulder. "Owie, that smarts!" she whimpers, dropping the bloody saw on the floor. "Itai, itai!" she cries. But Mr. Fox leans in, cradling her chin in his large hand quite rapeily, "Baby look at this Rolex." Her gaze is fixed upon the $6000 wristwatch on the hand which is now groping her aggressively, as he runs his tongue against the blood on her shoulder. His saliva on her neck feels uncomfortable, but her instinct says she'll have a lot of fun with this man. "I've got a yacht parked outside of Tokyo bay," he whispers in her ear. "All right, give me the saw," says Hinako. Sukidesu! That stupid arm is coming off, because she's in love.

>read X books a year I unironically hate that shit. All this does is make you rush through books and disincentivize you from every picking up a book that's more than 100-200 pages, because all that matters is that your number goes up
