Have you found any?
I live in a "free" state (no NFA hurdles set up) so I should be able to just get a Supressor with a normal 4473. However, my normal FFL is refusing to do that and still request you fill out a Form 4. I know there are gun stores in my state are selling suppressors on just 4473s, as my buddy just got one, but he's on the other side of the state and I'm not driving 4 hours to buy a suppressor.
Have you found any gun stores that aren't scared to do what the ATF themselves said was ok?
Also, does anyone know if certain manufacturers are also setting up road blocks to getting a suppressor without a form 4? I was thinking of ordering a CMMG Zeroed 30K, but CMMG states NFA rules still apply when ordering from them, but then would that change if you ordered from a third party? I know Dirty Bird is shipping to FFLs that don't run form 4s now, so then would that matter or would manufacturers still have a say. Honestly just confused like the gun stores probably are rn.

I to a good one an hour away last weekend and there was a line of people just waiting on 4473s to be processed for suppressors. It wouldn't surprise me if several million of them were sold across the country just in the last two weekends.

the gun shop I go to the most made a big deal about only doing 4473 unless you ask to do it the old way, and they had a line out the door in the days after that rule change (I only found out about it through 4chan and thought it was like some fancy new gun that came out or some shit)they still have silencers under the case so evidently not everything got sold but maybe they're just demo samples

The ones near me read the fine print where the ATF said when they go back to enforcement, there will be no grandfathering and the grace period to pay up and register is strictly optional on their end.

from what i'm hearing there are several per state transferring on 4473s, even before the atf clarified their position, your best bet is to call around to the local dealers and see if any are willing and for how much.

Are stores refusing to sell with just a 4473 even to GOA members? Didn’t the court explicitly say they were protected?
