Realistically you put in DUMBs and make the surface inhospitable with drones and mines and all sorts of buried fortifications and a lot of them so countries like the US can't burst damage you down with limited supplies of precision weapons and has to commit to a months long conflict. Mind you the competency and means to make this work is limited to maybe a dozen countries and Russia is not one of them.

the enclave itself is impotent without a relief force breaking through, in bulk, from belarus. But to get there they need to break through the vilnius-woody swampland belt on the border. Which is not easy it lithuanians and poles mount anything resembling a defense.No point in talking some fantasy about annexation.
