Most CC methods are designed around men, women have purse carry without drawing attention (looking at males with cross body bags that scream PISTOL IN HERE). Dresses require some thigh holster system and then you have to pull that up. If a woman wears hoodies with jeans then she can appendix carry but even then women usually wear pants higher so it's somewhat more inconvenient.
